This three bedroom penthouse apartment enjoys fantastic views over the Club, the Tennis Centre and to the Mar Menor beyond. It is situated on the front row overlooking the pool, and in addition to the main terrace there is a private sun terrace next to the third bedroom (on the upper level), accessed by an internal staircase.

The large living/dining room has a double height ceiling which creates an extremely light and airy feel. From here the patio doors lead to a large terrace equipped with a barbeque and outdoor furniture. It's the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers and take in the beautiful views.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom both have twin beds. The third bedroom is located on the upper level with patio doors to access the upper terrace. The family bathroom has also been recently refurbished.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. The apartment is air conditioned throughout.   

The Los Olivos community has two outdoor pools as well as an indoor heated pool – making it an excellent all year round option.
