Situated on the second-floor, the apartment is conveniently reached via steps from the parking area, and boasts an excellent location near the expansive community pool. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a generous side terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue. Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge with patio doors opening to the terrace, as well as a separate dining room with a small terrace offering woodland views at the rear.

All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, with the master bedroom additionally offering patio doors that lead to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom.

There is a large heated swimming pool which is open year round and a poolside bar with seasonal opening. There is also a separate pool for children. Access to the pool at Bellaluz is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
