This spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment is well presented throughout. Offering two equal sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for a family or couples sharing.  The apartment has a large walled patio garden which can be accessed from the kitchen and from one of the bedrooms. Doors from the lounge lead out to a terrace at the front of the property overlooking the community gardens.

• Kitchen - Fully fitted with a full range of white goods and utensils. Door to walled patio terrace.
• Bedroom 1 – Double bed (can be arranged as 2 singles) bedside tables and wardrobe. Patio doors to a walled garden area.
• Bathroom 1 – Shower, sink and WC

The community of Bellaluz offers an excellent 25-metre swimming pool, separate children's pool, play area and seasonal bar/café. Bellaluz Pueblo also has a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and boutiques.

Access to the pool at Bellaluz is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
