Overview
Set in an elevated position, Monte Verde is one of the most spectacular locations on the resort.
This beautiful penthouse apartment has fabulous views from many of the rooms including the living area, master bedroom, terraces and roof top solarium, where you can enjoy views across the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond. The stylish interior is bright and spacious, with a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, hob and Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and twin wash basins. Bedroom two has twin beds and the use of a shower room with twin wash basins.
The apartment has access to a large outdoor pool which is very close by, and it's just a few minutes walk to the heated indoor swimming pool. The shops and restaurants at Bellaluz Plaza are within walking distance, with sporting facilities including tennis and golf a short drive away.
