This ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated within a short stroll of the Tennis Centre. Its single-level layout and large terraces make it ideal for families with young children or anyone wishing to be close to all the amenities this wonderful resort has to offer. As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination.*

The property is all on one level with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and coffee maker.

The spacious living/dining room is complete with satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with spectacular views. The large terrace features a barbecue and dining table and chairs for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.

The master bedroom is en-suite and has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred. There is a safe located in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and has use of the separate bathroom.

*Access to the indoor pool at Los Olivos is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
