This modern 2 bedroom apartment 3 bathroom on La Hacienda del Golf is in a fabulous central location on La Manga Club, within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops and the Tennis Centre.

The property is on the first floor and is accessed via steps. It is fully air conditioned, furnished to a good standard and well equipped, and has great views over the landscaped gardens and the large shared pool. This is an ideal base for families or groups of friends. Wireless internet connection is included free of charge.

Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge/dining room, which is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD, and telephone. Patio doors open to an open terrace with views over the open garden and pool, and table, chairs and barbecue.

The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A separate utility area houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and another sink.

The master bedroom is also on this floor. It has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. There is also an additional separate shower room on this floor.

Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the terrace with views to the open garden and pool. A lovely large solarium gives views around the village, and benefits from all day sunshine.
