Perched high on the cliffs, this lovely detached villa has an enviable location at La Manga Club and enjoys outstanding views across the Mediterranean Sea. The detached property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 3 floors and also has a games room. The villa is air conditioned throughout, has fly screens at many of the windows, and has a south facing terrace with its own pool with optional heating. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months. Wireless internet access is also included in the price for this excellent villa. 

Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. The first bedroom has twin beds, whereas the second bedroom has a single bed. These bedrooms benefit from a bathroom which features a handheld shower and twin wash basins. There is also a games room which has an Xbox 360 and games, a table football, exercise bike, flat screen TV (for DVDs and gaming only), DVD player, books and DVDs.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor, which has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bar and benefits from a Bluetooth speaker. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player, dining facilities and patio doors which lead onto the terrace, which features outdoor dining facilities and BBQ. There is rockery garden which has an ornamental small pond and a pebble fountain. There are two bedrooms which both have ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a single bed, the other has twin beds. 

The first floor features a bedroom with ensuite, which has a double bedroom, patio doors that lead onto a spacious terrace. The bathroom has a bath with handheld shower and twin wash basins. There is also an office, which has a flat screen TV (non-Uk channels only) and DVD player.
