Access to this top floor apartment is via just 5 steps. The kitchen is fully fitted and complete with washing machine, dish washer, oven, hob and extractor, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine. Down 2 steps is the living/dining room, which is well furnished in a modern style, and has flat screen TV, and DVD/CD player. Patio doors lead to the barbeque terrace, with table and chairs, from where you have views to the community pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed, safe, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. Patio doors give access to a small balcony. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has twin beds and use of the separate full bathroom.

Air conditioning and WiFi are included in the price.
